Now Healthcare professionals can use this website to select medical equipment and supplies for their patients. On this portion of our website, we will indicate what items may be covered by insurance. When you check out, you will be asked for patient information on our secure, HIPAA compliant website. If you would like to fax us doctor’s orders for the equipment you are ordering, you may do so at 919-806-3397 or 336-599-7930. After we have a completed order for a patient, Triangle Aftercare staff will analyze the information and contact the patient or their loved one concerning insurance and other payment issues. Many insurances cover some or all of these items when it is obtained under physicians' orders for patients with qualifying conditions. The patient may be required to pay for the item up front and have insurance reimburse them.
