Scope of Services and Patient Education

It is the policy of Triangle Aftercare to provide services to patients based on the patient’s medical condition if those services can be safely and effectively rendered in the home or other acute care setting. The scope of services provided include the provision of home medical equipment and related supplies and services and other services that may be authorized by the General Manager from time to time. The General Manager reviews any of these services provided through contractual agreements. The services of Triangle Aftercare are available seven days a week through the year. Visits are made on weekends and holidays as needed. The Company maintains a twenty-four hour answering system and on-call personnel for patient access when the offices are closed.
