- What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM.
- Where are you Located?
We have two retail locations for your convenience, one in the Homestead Market Shopping Center in Durham; the other at 24 Gordon St in uptown Roxboro. Click here for maps to our locations.
- What is your local service area?
We generally cover a fifty mile radius around both stores.
- Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we do accept insurance, but not over the internet, unless you are a health care professional making a referral. We are currently a provider with a wide range of Insurance Companies. We will work with you to get the most appropriate equipment for your needs, based on what your insurance company is willing to pay.
- Is my transaction secure?
Yes our internet transactions are current with the privacy standard of the industry, your information will always be private and secure.
- Will you send me a confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your transaction has been placed which will contain a UPS tracking number.
- What if I need to cancel an order already placed?
(Credit card payments) We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed by a credit card though the site.
- When do you run the charges on my card?
Your credit card payment will be processed almost immediately after your order has been placed.
- Will you ship my product to my home?
- We will ship your product to the address that you provide.
- What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are displayed at time of order according to weight of product and shipping distance by UPS Ground calculations.
- What if I do not want the product after I get it? /What is your Return Policy?
Products that are unused may be returned to Triangle Aftercare’s Durham address within 30 days of receipt. Once the item is returned and product integrity is verified, you will be reimbursed the price of the product less a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Who would pay the freight for the return?
- The recipient of the item would pay the freight for the product’s return.
- Do you ship outside the USA/Internationally
Yes, but special arrangements have to be made directly with Company at the Durham location. Online orders are for the continental US only.
- What carriers does your company use for shipping?
Triangle Aftercare uses UPS for its shipping purposes.
- Do you carry catalogs?
Actually the Web site itself is a web-based catalog. There are sections for local people who wish to browse our store inventory as well as a place where you can purchase items directly online.
- Do you charge taxes?
Yes, we are obligated to charge North Carolina tax, 6.75%. This will be automatically added to all orders.
- Do you have special pricing for medical professionals?
We keep our pricing as low as possible for everyone and do not make special discounts.
- In what currency are the prices on your site?
- All orders must be paid in US dollars.
- Do you share buyer's information?
- Your information is private and secure.
- Can payments be made with a Purchase Order (P.O.) or personal check?
In many cases yes, but you will need to contact one of the retail locations directly via the telephone.
- What do you rent?
