Conditions of Use
To order, just place the items into your shopping cart after selecting the options you wish to have for your product. If you'd like to buy more than one item with the same options, you can change quantities in your shopping cart before you check out.
While viewing product details you can see if the item is in stock. On rare occasion, an item may be purchased that is actually out of stock. In the unusual event this happens, you will be notified immediately.
Full payment is required prior to shipping any items. You can pay via Mastercard or Visa.
Refunds
Refunds will be given for items returned unused and unopened within 30 days of sale. Refunds will be issued via check and will exclude a 20% restocking fee.
Sales Tax
All sales are subject to prevailing NC sales tax which is currently 6.75%.Shipping
Regular Shipping – You should expect Deliveries 4-6 days after the order is placed.
UPS – All orders are shipped UPS. Our system will automatically give you the shipping totals based on the weight of your item and the shipping distance.
In most cases, orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday and any time Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
We do not do expedited orders or overnight orders.
Online orders may NOT be shipped outside the continental United States. If you wish to place an order from outside the continental US, please contact us here to place your order. Lead time will be longer for international orders.
Once the order is shipped, the person placing the order will be sent an email with tracking information.
