As of April 2010, any physician who has not updated their Medicare provider enrollment since 2003 must update their information on the website below. If the physician fails to update the information their patient will not be able to receive equipment.
** Please make sure you are re-enrolled with Medicare. Go to https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov/pecos/login.do and follow the instructions. You will need their NPPES, user ID and Password. **
