Triangle Aftercare is dedicated to creating, maintaining and continuously refining an atmosphere of excellence in the:

  • Performance standards to which it holds its employees in all aspects of the provision of Company services;
  • Measurement, evaluation and refinement of service outcomes. 

PROCEDURES:

  1. We will constantly strive to provide quality services to our clients and to the community in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards possible.
  2. We will abide by all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinance.

  4. We will fulfill our obligation to screen, test, manage and evaluate personnel
  5. We will fulfill our obligation to orient employees to their roles and to provide staff development education to maintain current of knowledge and skills needed to competently serve our clients.
  6. We adhere to standards of integrity in advertising, marketing, billing and managing the services we offer.
  7. We will assist in admitting, planning, and discharging patients in a manner that meets the total patient care needs in cooperation with community resources and agencies.
  8. We will not knowingly misrepresent the relationship of the Company to other health care providers, institutions or payers.
  9. We will take appropriate precautions to ensure safety of our employees and clients.
  10. We protect our employees and clients with appropriate insurance.
  11. We will take appropriate measures to provide our clients with respect, emotional support and personal dignity.

  1. Triangle Aftercare will maintain and update, as needed a list of client rights and responsibilities that will be respected throughout the Company’s service to the customer.
  2. The Company will maintain a Code of Ethics by which it will operate, as enumerated below:
  3. Triangle Aftercare will follow practice standards for services provided.
  4. The Company will maintain performance standards for employees providing services in the client’s home.
  5. Triangle Aftercare will monitor the measurement of service outcomes through a Quality Improvement Program.
  6. All patient/customer information will be treated in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  7. Only HME and related supplies appropriate to each patient's/customer's medical condition will be provided.
  8. Equipment and supplies will be maintained in a manner congruent with the safe and proper provision of HME and inventory levels will be adequate to ensure uninterrupted service.
  9. The offices, warehouses, and delivery vehicles will be maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
  10. All company team members will maintain the highest professional standards in appearance and conduct.
  11. Team members will strive to improve their levels of knowledge and  performance within the scope of their position description.
  12. All company functions and  patient/customer transactions will be carried out in good faith and in an honest, ethical and forthright manner.
