SUMMARY:Triangle Aftercare is dedicated to creating, maintaining and continuously refining an atmosphere of excellence in the:
- Service it provides to its employees and customers;
- Business ethics it practices and promulgates;
- Standards it sets, maintains and refines for the provision of Home Medical Equipment Services;
- Performance standards to which it holds its employees in all aspects of the provision of Company services;
- Measurement, evaluation and refinement of service outcomes.
PROCEDURES:
- Triangle Aftercare will maintain and update, as needed a list of client rights and responsibilities that will be respected throughout the Company’s service to the customer.
- The Company will maintain a Code of Ethics by which it will operate, as enumerated below:
- Triangle Aftercare will follow practice standards for services provided.
- The Company will maintain performance standards for employees providing services in the client’s home.
- Triangle Aftercare will monitor the measurement of service outcomes through a Quality Improvement Program.
- All patient/customer information will be treated in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Only HME and related supplies appropriate to each patient's/customer's medical condition will be provided.
- Equipment and supplies will be maintained in a manner congruent with the safe and proper provision of HME and inventory levels will be adequate to ensure uninterrupted service.
- The offices, warehouses, and delivery vehicles will be maintained in an orderly and clean manner.
- All company team members will maintain the highest professional standards in appearance and conduct.
- Team members will strive to improve their levels of knowledge and performance within the scope of their position description.
- All company functions and patient/customer transactions will be carried out in good faith and in an honest, ethical and forthright manner.
